Before committing suicide he posted a video on his social networking platform and stated that he was suffering mentally due to professional and personal reasons. The Mumbai police confirmed to a news agency that, “Actor Sandeep Nahar dies allegedly by suicide at his residence in Mumbai’s Goregaon area. Case lodged, the matter being probed.”
In his video, he confessed that particularly it was his troubled marriage that made him take such a drastic step. But at the same time, he also urged that nobody should blame his wife for the consequences of his action. He called the video “suicide note” and then hanged himself in his residence.
