Baghel Takes a Dig at Dr Raman Singh on Khairagarh By Polls

Chhattisgarh: Ahead of the Khairagarh assembly elections, CM Baghel takes a dig at former CG CM, Raman Singh. Baghel compared the former CM of the state, a member of the Bhajpa Party to a fly in the milk.

The sartorial comparison was stated during the Energy Department review meeting held at his residence officer on Wednesday.  came after BJP state in-charge D Purandeswari visited Chhattisgarh on March 13-14 along with co-in-charge  Nitin Nabin to take stock of the party activities in the past three months.

The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Subrata Sahu, Sec of Energy Department Ankit Anand.

The expanded form of the Urban Slum Health Scheme will also be launched tomorrow, CM added. A major breakthrough in the purchase of urine was also attained in the meeting for which a technical committee was constituted to test the quality and collection of urine.

Congress staged Yashoda Verma on the Khairgarh Assembly, for Assembly bye-elections from Chhattisgarh’s Khairagarh in the presence of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. While, BJP fielded former MLA and senior OBC leader Komal Janghel for the April 12 bypoll to the Khairagarh assembly constituency, and the Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (J) announced Narendra Soni as its candidate.
