CBFC asks Pathaan Makers to make Changes amid Controversy

Mumbai: In the last few weeks, there were a lot of ruckus regarding the song Besharam Rang from the film Pathaan. Meanwhile, a new update has come out regarding this. According to the reports, Pathan was sent for CBFC Examination Committee certification recently. After which, the makers have been advised by the committee to make some changes. 

In such a situation, some changes will be made in the song Besharam Rang as well. The decision came after scrutinizing all aspects of the film as per the guidelines of CBFC. Ever since the song Besharam Rang from the film Pathaan came out, it has remained a topic of discussion. After the release of this song, many people got angry. Deepika Padukone is seen wearing a saffron-colored bikini in the song. On which a lot of politics has happened. Even there was a demand to ban the film. 

As per reports, a CBFC source says that the censor board has always maintained a balance between creative expressions and the sensitivity of the people. Therefore, these issues can be resolved by talking among themselves. Apart from this, he said that as long as changes are made in the film on the suggestions given based on our culture, and faith, it is well accepted by the board. Pathaan is slated to release on Jan 25 next year and it will mark SRK’s return on the silver screen after more than 4 years.
