CGBSE Announces Practical Re-Exam for Class 12 Candidates

- CGBSE announces re-exam for class 12 students who failed in practical assessments
- Candidates who didn't appear for the practical exam or failed to submit the project work are also eligible for the re-exam
- Nearly 2000 students registered for the re-exam
Raipur: Students of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education have been awarded another chance to attempt the Class 12 practical exams. The exams commenced today and will continue until 31 August.
Prof. V.K. Goyal, Secretary, Board of Secondary Education said, “Many regular and self-taught students have failed due to failure of submission of project work or performing experiments in the 12th main examination. Such students can attempt the exam at their institutions.” As per the applications received , CGBSE registered more than 2,000 students for the re-exam.
However, the board also informed that there would be no re-exam for students who failed in theoretical exams.
As per the notice, candidates who fail in the second attempt would have to appear for the supplementary examination of 2021 to pass.
In the meanwhile, the Board has begun accepting applications for Class 10-12th exams from Monday. Students will have to submit the application form online prior to the due date that falls on September 15. Submissions after the last date will be charged an additional late fee informed the State Board authorities.
