Raipur: In a government organized e-conclave, the Chhattisgarh has decided to formulate guidelines for Homestay and water-based tourism. The state government asserted these guidelines would make development in the state community oriented and sustainable.
It also stated that this strategy would ameliorate employment opportunities in both rural and tribal communities of the state.
Shubhda Chaturvedi, Head-Communications and Marketing, Chhattisgarh Tourism further elaborated that the state is working in collaboration with several agencies to promote ecotourism and agri-tourism.
Chhattisgarh has developed good interstate connectivity by all means of transport. Also the new Jagdalpur and Bilaspur airports have improved the connectivity of the state.
