Chhattisgarh: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel attended the Dashgatra program of the son of Marwahi MLA Dr KK Dhruv at Baraiha in Marwahi district this afternoon.
Son of MLA Dr KK Dhruv had passed away in a road accident on August 23. CM Baghel paid floral tribute to the deceased son of the MLA and met the family of Dr Dhruv.
Along with CM Baghel, nearly 20 MLA’s arrived at the program. This is the second time of the month when the Congress members have gathered amass amidst the internal tussle for power. The Dasgatra programme was attended by several MLAs and public representatives including Food Minister Amarjit Bhagat, Parliamentary Secretary Chintamani Maharaj, Vinod Sain Lal Chandrakar, Chandradev Prasad Rai and Indershah Mandavi.
Earlier, on August 27 nearly 50 MLAs flew to New Delhi to support CM Baghel in the internal rifts that aroused after the State Health Minister demanded transfer of minster ship.
