When asked about three MLAs skipping the event, he said MLA Chiranjeev Rao had reached there on Friday while Tosham MLA Kiran Choudhry had to stay away due to health reasons. MLA Abhay Chautala, Hooda said, “He sought votes from the farmers against the BJP-JJP coalition in the elections. He should reveal whether he will vote for the same BJP-JJP supported candidate or Congress candidate.”

Meanwhile, in Raipur, some senior MLAs claimed that Congress was in a comfortable position to ensure party candidate Ajay Maken’s win despite the entry of an independent candidate. Besides holding interactive sessions, they are even pursuing their individual interests.
