Corona Update: One more Corona positive case registered in Raipur, tally rises to 7

Raipur, Chhattigarh: Another corona positive case has come out from the Chhattisgarh’s capital, Raipur. AIIMS has officially confirmed this. The girl, who was found to be infected, has recently returned from the UK. She was staying in home quarantine for the last few days. Today, the test showed positive of COVID-19. This is the fifth positive case that have come out so far, which is UK return.
According to information received from AIIMS, the girl found corona positive is from Kanchanganga Society in Rohinipuram area of Raipur. Currently, other members of the girl’s family have also been instructed to stay on home isolation. This is the 9th case of being found corona positive in Chhattisgarh.
On the other hand, the Health Department has instructed all those passengers returning from London (UK) to stay at home quarantine. The department has also instructed all the district collectors of the state to strictly release the list of such people and take all necessary precautions for the safety of the public.
Currently, Chhattisgarh has registered total 9 cases so far in which 2 were released today evening after their test came out negative twice. The active cases of Chhattisgarh right now has reached to 7 with zero death count.
