Bollywood: Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan shared a strong message for his fans through IGTV. In the nearly 10 minutes video, he urged people not to be foolish and step outside their homes to show courage. He emphasized over the level of damage one’s carelessness could cause in such times of crisis. He started the video by comparing the current scenario to Bigg Boss show, albeit it is playing out in real life. He said “people are violating rules and risking others life which is uncalled for” .
Currently, Salman is living at his farm house with few members of his family, hasn’t seen his father for the last 3 weeks. But at this point of time, staying wherever you are, is the foremost thing one can do to prevent himself and their loved ones from this disease, he said in his video.
He also condemned people pelting stones and attacking doctors and policemen. Enlightening people regarding essential items, he said “Police are allowing people to buy essential items,just be cautious enough to wear a mask while venturing out”
He requested everyone to support the policemen, doctors, health workers and other people providing services to us risking their own lives. Little actions like wearing masks and gloves are of great help in avoiding the virus from any infected person and suggested to follow the rules made by the Government. By violating the same we are putting ourselves as well as our family and nation on the whole in danger.
In the video, Salman was seen lauding the essential service providers working tirelessly for extended hours so that the common people don’t have to face problems.

The actor has already started the process of transferring money to the accounts of daily wage workers of the film industry, the Federation of Western Indian Cine Employees (FWICE) said on Wednesday, Last week.
It was reported earlier, Salman had pledged to financially support 25,000 daily wage workers who have been badly hit by the 21-day lockdown to contain the coronavirus spread in the country.
According to FWICE President B N Tiwari, Salman has already made an initial payment of Rs 3,000 each to the daily wage workers of the film industry.
“We had given him the final list of 23,000 workers so far, who were in dire need of financial help. He is going to transfer money in installments as he doesn’t want people to misuse it. He has transferred about Rs 3,000 to every worker as an initial amount and will continue to provide them the installments as required. We are thankful to him for helping our workers,” tiwari said while addressing the reporters.
