Coronavirus Study: Covid19 asymptomatic poses a new threat?

The spread of novel Coronavirus  has created havoc globally. The rapid growth of cases has led to the development of unknown causes. Several myths are attached to the cause and effect of the virus leading to the rise of the pandemic. With the development of the studies in the origination of the deadly disease in the current scenario, several symptoms of the inflicted coronavirus have been emerging.

Almost 80 percent of the COVID-19 cases in India are asymptomatic or at best with very mild symptoms said Union Health Minister. Whereas the second wave of coronavirus in china especially Wuhan has witnessed high rise in Asymptomatic cases.

Reserchers have found several asymptomatic cases where the human body is naturally immune or has developed a shield against the deadly virus. The doctors have been treating patients despite all odds and scientists from prestigious organizations and numerous microbiologists have been studying day and night to seek the origination of coronavirus. But the mysterious inception of the virus has created a baffling situation and the governments cohesively work to fight the pandemic.

Coronavirus infection without symptoms might be more common than previously thought, according to a study of people isolated on a cruise ship during the pandemic.

More than 80 per cent of the passengers and crew on the unnamed cruise ship who tested positive for COVID-19 were asymptomatic. The prevalence of the virus on affected cruise ships is therefore likely to be “significantly underestimated”, the study published in the journal Thorax concludes.

Various studies have suggested that the lifespan of the virus differs on the surfaces of an object. The temperature of the surface effects the growth of the virus. However, the virus nourishes in the human body as it tends to derive nutrients from the human blood cells and thus, grows stronger and multiply at a rapid pace. The multiplication of the virus weakens the human body resulting in death. It has been established that once our body understands the harmful effects of the virus, it will automatically start to build up the shield against the virus.

There have been several cases worldwide that have polarized the global cases of coronavirus in two sects- symptomatic cases and asymptomatic cases.  The asymptomatic COVID19 person facilitates the growth of the virus by transmitting the particles in the other healthy person resulting in a severe outcome. Henceforth, the sole way to fight the deadly disease is to boost the immune system of the body.
