Dead body of New Born Found; Sent for Post Mortem

Raipur: The body of a newborn baby was recovered from the courtyard of a house. It is speculated that the baby was 10-15 days old. According to information, some residents noticed the body of the infant and informed the police. The body was found in the courtyard of the Devridh canal, Para Gudii Vishwakarma sources say.

Acting on the information received, officials from Torva Police station rushed to the spot and sent the body for post mortem. ASP city Umesh Kashyap, CSP Kotwali Snehil Sahu were amongst the officials who inspected the site.
