Virat Kohli’s sprint to catch the ball has been raising brows on social media- embodying that age is just a number. Sacrificing his love for food, Kohli has been setting up new benchmarks for fitness.
In the first ODI at the Wankhede Stadium on Friday Kohli is seen running from the off side to the leg side of the ground like a flash.
Unbeaten at 75 all spotlight will be once again on KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja when India take on Australia in the second ODI here on Sunday, with regular captain Rohit Sharma returning to lead the side after missing the opening game in Mumbai. India chased a target of 189 runs against the Aussies in 39.5 overs to win the first ODI by 5 wickets. Jadeja, playing ODI cricket after nearly eight months due to a knee injury and subsequent surgery, scored an unbeaten 45. He also bowled a tight spell and returned figures of 2/46 to be declared ‘Player of the Match’.
