Indore: Indigo Airlines on Wednesday cancelled its flight running from Indore to Raipur citing operational reasons. The flight which takes off from Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International Airport in Indore was cancelled by the company as a reason of which passengers who already had booked their tickets landed in a fix. The same flight was cancelled by Indigo on Tuesday as well. The passengers who reached the airport early morning to board their flights faced many troubles.
The reports suggest that the Indigo Flight number 6E- 7112 departs from the Ahilyabai Airport every morning at 6.05 AM and reaches Raipur at 7.55 AM. But the Wednesday morning witnessed a different incident when the flight was called- off by the airlines company. To tackle the problems faced by the passengers, the company has assured a refund to all the passengers who booked their flight on Wednesday and provided them with a re booking option as well.
Meanwhile, there are reports which suggest that the airlines company cancels a flight in which they don’t find ample passengers to board in. Also, in the past few days, Indigo has cancelled maximum number of flights out of the number of flights which were cancelled due to some operational issues.
