Madhya Pradesh: Bus Loses Control; Thirty-Six Injured And Two Dead

Bhopal: A tragic incident is reported in Dewas District, MP. A bus carrying wedding guests crashed into a ditch late in the night. Two deaths and 36 injured have been reported.
As per the reports, the bus was returning from Lakhwara village after attending a two-day function at Jetpura. The incident involved two buses of the event; one carrying the males and the other females. The former bus went unchecked near Siroya bend and fell into the ditch. However, the bus glided over a tree and swung in the air.
The passers-by took haste action and immediately informed the local police and help arrived at the site. One died whilst waiting for medical aid. While the other death is reported during a transfer from the District Hospital to Indore.
The injured were shifted to the nearby district hospital in ambulances and police trains on the spot. 7 seriously injured patients were referred to Indore from Dewas Hospital. It is reported that the remaining 6 serious patients are undergoing treatment at Indore Hospital.
