Rewa: A minor was gang raped in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh officials said on Sunday. As per reports, the victim along with her friend had visited the Ashtabhuji Mata temple under Naigarhi Police station for darshan.
The victim in her complaint said that the accused harrased them while they were clicking picture in the forset area near the temple. Following which they dragged her taking her hostage and sexually assulting her one by one. They also snatched her mobile phone while they left fled.
Additional SP Anil Sonkar has informed that the three accused have been arrested and a case has been registered under Sections 376D, 395,506 and POSCO Act. The SP added that the administartion was also preparing to raze down the house of the accused shortly.
