Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Congress will protest at Raj Bhavan today against rising inflation, unemployment, Agneepath scheme, and GST levied on essential commodities. State Congress vice-president and organization in-charge Chandraprabhash Shekhar told that under the Raj Bhavan Gherao program, workers shall be able to handle inflation, unemployment, Agni Paksha Yojna, petrol, LPG to pulses, honey, curd. Taking placards of slogans and flags written in protest, Congress workers will march on foot from Roshanpura square and reach Raj Bhavan.
“Raise your voice against inflation: protest continues against inflation, unemployment in the country, crowd bursts on the roads of Bhopal”, MP Congress tweeted.
Madhya Pradesh Congress will gherao Raj Bhavan. Former Members of Parliament, former MLAs, current MLAs, State Congress functionaries, senior leaders, presidents of front organisations in Gharov. Congress also opened a nationwide movement against the government today under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. Preparations were made to protest around the Prime Minister’s residence, however, Delhi Police has not allowed this.
