Mumbai: There are a lot of controversies these days over the song ‘Besharam Rang’ from the film ‘Pathaan’ that was released recently. Soon after its release, the Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer song created a stir among a certain religious group. The controversy over the saffron color bikini worn by the actress is being discussed all over the country. From politicians to Bollywood celebrities, everyone is accusing the makers of ‘Pathaan’ of hurting religious sentiments. 

Some social media users are also expressing their displeasure over the recent release ‘Besharam Rang’ song where Deepika Padukone is seen wearing a saffron-colored dress. Some people are also trolling Shah Rukh Khan and demanding to boycott the film. Posters of the film are being burnt for insulting the saffron color. But, in the meantime now Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has come in support of Shah Rukh Khan. He has supported him by sharing a post on Twitter. 

SP President Akhilesh Yadav has shared a post of Shahrukh Khan on his Twitter. In which he wrote- “Negativity increases the consumption of social media and thus reinforces its collective narrative, which makes social media divisive and destructive. Cinema is in the best position to maintain a counter-narrative.” Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra also expressed his displeasure on the matter and said that the release of the film in the state will be considered.
