Ops Underway to Rescue 4-year-Old Boy from Borewell
- 4 year old boy fell into a 40 feet deep borewell.

Chhatarpur: A four-year-old boy fell into an open borewell at a village in Chhatarpur.
The incident is reported to have occurred at 2 pm in the afternoon n Narayanpura, Patharpur village located near the district headquarters, an official said.
Dipendra Yadav the son of farmer Akhilesh Yadave slipped in while playing. Soon after receiving information about the incident, officials from the district administration and police forces rushed to the spot to initiate rescue operations. Special instructions on the rescue operations have been issued by the CM to the chief secretary, his principal secretary and the collector of Chhatarpur.
An SDRF team has also been deployed to expedite the evacuation process. As per sources in the know the boy is talking and oxygen is supplied to him through a pipe.
